Grace is the digital intake assistant for Sobriety Journey. Sobriety Journey is responsible for the information you share with Grace. It is used to understand your situation, respond appropriately, and help the Sobriety Journey team follow up with you.
We may collect your name, contact details, general location, reason for reaching out, treatment or support preferences, and conversation details relevant to intake or referral.
Your information is used for intake, safety triage, follow-up by the Sobriety Journey team, referral to a treatment provider, and improving continuity of support. We do not use Grace for emergency response.
Information is handled confidentially. It is shared with a treatment centre or other support provider only when that is needed to help you and you have agreed to it, unless disclosure is required for safety or by law.
Grace is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, call Netcare 911 on 082 911, emergency services on 10177, or go to the nearest emergency department.
